Qaasim is currently in his first year at the University of Toronto Law School. He is interested in indigenous, environmental, and municipal law. Previously, he completed a BA in history and international relations at the University of Toronto, focusing on interwar Eastern Europe. Outside work, Qaasim enjoys reading about local history and collecting antique books.
