Rachel Vallance

Rachel completed her articles at Lidstone & Company and has practiced local government law since her call to the bar in 2015. She advises local governments in relation to a wide variety of matters, including issues relating to governance, bylaw enforcement, elections, planning and land use, and freedom of information and privacy. She has represented clients in matters before the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, Federal Court, the National Energy Board and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
