Mandeep is a seasoned solicitor specializing in property law including land use and land development.
He commenced his legal career as a litigation lawyer conducting judge alone and jury trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Working as a litigator allowed him to develop a strong foundation in dispute resolution both inside and outside the courtroom.
Mandeep transitioned to a solicitor practice focusing on municipal law where he guides clients through regulatory frameworks governing zoning and land-use planning. He regularly negotiates, reviews, and drafts various legal documents associated with subdivision and land development. In addition, Mandeep is also skilled in all aspects of commercial real estate including the acquisition and disposition of property.
When not in the office, Mandeep enjoys spending time with his family and two young children.
