Chris advises and assists clients in corporate, real estate, contracting, construction, procurement, expropriation, and other commercial matters.
Prior to joining Lidstone & Company, Chris practiced for 17 years in central Ohio as a lawyer and manager of a boutique law firm focused on closely held businesses. He represented clients in a broad range of areas including corporate law, contracts, commercial litigation, real estate, taxation, wills, trusts, and estates.
Chris completed his law degree at the UCLA School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2005.
