Andrew is an Associate Counsel with Lidstone and Company and has practiced exclusively in labour, employment and human rights law since his call to the bar in 2012. Andrew has extensive experience in workplace related litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Lidstone, Andrew worked in house for the Provincial Government in the public health sector and the University of British Columbia, before returning to private practice where he became a partner at a major national firm.
Andrew has particular expertise in advising and representing employers in unionized environments and has played lead roles in collective bargaining on numerous occasions.
